Monon Trail
Experience the charm of Sheridan along the Monon Trail, a scenic five-mile stretch built on the historic Monon Railroad corridor. From 216th Street to the Hamilton–Boone County line, this beautifully paved trail showcases some of the most diverse and picturesque landscapes in Hamilton County — from open countryside to shaded tree canopies and small-town views. Trailheads at South Opel Avenue and East 10th Street (State Road 47), as well as at South Ohio Street and West Jaycee Avenue, offer convenient parking and easy access for walkers, runners, and cyclists alike.
